🎯 Requirements

12+ years in UX/Product design with a strong portfolio across complex systems.
5+ years leading design teams with a collaborative, innovative culture.
Proficiency in generative research, information architecture, interaction design, and user testing.
Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
Nice to have: experience in financial industry and a degree in Design or HCI.
