🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years B2B SaaS demand gen; 3+ years leadership or senior IC.
  • Proven pipeline generation in developer tools/technical B2B.
  • Deep expertise across paid search, paid social, SEO, content, ABM.
  • Strong analytics using Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Marketo/HubSpot.
  • Data-driven; able to measure ROI across channels.
  • Experience selling to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Platform Engineers.
  • Self-starter with bias for action and experimentation.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration; influence without authority.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced startup environment.
  • Nice to have: Series B growth startup experience.
  • Nice to have: Product-led and sales-led growth experience.
  • Nice to have: Developer communities experience (Reddit, HN, dev.to).
  • Nice to have: Technical background or engineering workflow knowledge.
