- Self-starter with bias for action and experimentation.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration; influence without authority.
- Comfortable in fast-paced startup environment.
- Nice to have: Series B growth startup experience.

- Nice to have: Developer communities experience (Reddit, HN, dev.to).
