π― Requirements
- Experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing in B2B SaaS
- Clear track record of building programs that drive pipeline and revenue
- Experience moving beyond traditional demand generation toward intent-based, signal-driven growth
- Strong command of paid media, especially LinkedIn Ads, and investment judgment
- Deep comfort with attribution and analytics; build dashboards and run experiments
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Profound, AirOps
