📋 Description

• Lead delivery team across product delivery, implementation, and value realization.
• Build and retain a high-performing delivery team in a fast-paced startup.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks quickly; operate with urgency and high standards.
• Ensure milestones and measurable customer impact are achieved.
• Own end-to-end delivery processes with scalable workflows.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align with the roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in delivery/implementation at fast-moving startup or high-growth tech.
• Proven experience building/leading teams delivering at scale and speed.
• Strong leadership; manage challenging delivery with composure; high bar.
• Operational rigor; build processes, standards, accountability.
• Experience with value delivery; collaborate with Product and Engineering.
• Excited about in-person work, 5 days/week in San Francisco.
