- Proven track record leading a team with high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial acumen for competitive, margin-sound deals.
- Analytical and data-driven, able to track performance and identify patterns.
- Genuine curiosity about AI tools applied to ops, proposals, and automation.
- Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and customers.
