🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in data engineering, backend, or distributed systems.
- 4+ years leading or managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong SQL and Python/Go programming expertise.
- Experience with AWS-based cloud data ecosystems; S3, EKS, ECS.
- Snowflake or similar data warehouses; streaming/real-time systems.
- Experience supporting AI/ML workflows and data products.
