  • Lead client analytics and strategic advisory across data, CRM, and audience strategy.
  • Serve as trusted advisor linking client priorities to data, CRM, and technology capabilities.
  • Shape CRM analytics roadmaps and first-party data strategies for measurement and personalization.
  • Assess data landscapes and identify opportunities; partner with tech teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Lead across MAP global teams and agency partners with influence.
  • Build measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and AI-driven reporting.

🎯 Requirements

  • 15+ years in analytics with leadership/consulting in agency or client services.
  • Hands-on with SQL, Python, R, BigQuery, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Adobe.
  • Ability to be onsite and travel 50%+ of the time.
  • Deep CRM, first-party data, customer analytics, marketing measurement, and BI expertise.
  • Executive communication, relationship-building, and matrix leadership.
  • Preferred: automotive sector experience; Detroit metro area or within 2-hour flight.
