- Experience with Looker or Tableau
- Built semantic/metrics layers (dbt metrics, LookML)
- Led self-service analytics and data products
- Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience influencing executives for data-driven decisions
- A strong desire to improve Discord with data
