📋 Description

• Own the data and analytics strategy, leading data engineering and analytics teams.
• Partner with Risk, Finance, Product, and Engineering to embed data in decisions.
• Establish governance and reliability standards; enable scalable cloud-first platforms.
• Drive the modern data stack: Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, Tableau.
• Build self-service analytics and a unified analytics layer for exec decisions.
• Lead ML Ops and data science collaboration to evolve ML models.

• 10+ years in data and analytics; 5+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of modern data architecture and governance in fintech.
• Proven track record scaling data teams and platforms in high-growth environments.
• Strong communicator who simplifies data concepts for executives.
• Experience deploying data governance and self-service analytics.
