• Define and communicate a clear data vision aligned with strategy.
• Own Data Platform and Data Science delivery and quality.
• Translate business goals into data roadmaps and plans.
• Lead, develop, and retain data engineers and scientists.
• Build reliable, scalable data systems used across the org.
• Guide AI adoption with reliability and cost in mind.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in data engineering, data platforms, or data science.
• Led teams using Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks.
• Hands-on with dbt, Airflow, Dagster, Prefect.
• Python and cloud infra (AWS; GCP/Azure).
• Experience integrating diverse data sources (APIs, events).
• Partnered with executives to align data strategy with growth.
