πŸ“‹ Description

  • Architect and evolve our customer success ops strategy to enable scalable AI-powered excellence.
  • Design and implement AI-first CS ops solutions; optimize staffing and lifecycle management.
  • Build end-to-end CS ops architecture; forecast headcount, capacity, and territory.
  • Lead exec-facing dashboards and reporting on KPIs like NRR and GRR.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in revenue ops, GTM systems, analytics, product, and finance to align data and processes.
  • Partner with the chief customer officer to orchestrate cross-functional initiatives and complex projects.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in go-to-market operations, ideally within CS ops, revenue ops, or high-growth management consulting, preferably in the B2B SaaS / AI space.
  • Proven expertise in architecting and optimizing customer lifecycle management, recurring revenue models, and operational workflows for enterprise-level clients.
  • Deep technical proficiency with Salesforce as a source of truth, advanced analytics tools (Omni, Tableau), spreadsheet modeling (Excel/Google Sheets), and a strong understanding of AI tooling.
