- 8+ years leading CS or post-sales in SaaS with people mgmt and owning a book of business.
- Strategic operator who defines segment vision and translates it into data-driven plans.
- Strong people leader who coaches, delegates, provides timely feedback, and holds teams accountable.
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in leadership.
- Clear written and verbal communication; proactive status updates and alignment.
- Deeply customer-centric with long-term relationships and value delivery.
