  • Lead a team of 7 CS Managers and Associates in Strategic & Plaintiff segments.
  • Develop a CS roadmap and required team training to achieve outcomes.
  • Build deep, strategic relationships with customers and drive value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing.
  • Identify and track metrics such as NCR, NDR, CSQLs, and Moments that Matter CTAs.
  • Inspire and develop your team to be Trusted Advisors and consultants.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years leading CS or post-sales in SaaS with people mgmt and owning a book of business.
  • Strategic operator who defines segment vision and translates it into data-driven plans.
  • Strong people leader who coaches, delegates, provides timely feedback, and holds teams accountable.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in leadership.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; proactive status updates and alignment.
  • Deeply customer-centric with long-term relationships and value delivery.
