📋 Description

  • Lead a team of 7 CSMs and CSAs in Strategic and Plaintiff segments.
  • Own post-sale experience and value realization for customers.
  • Develop CS roadmap; train and scale processes to deliver outcomes.
  • Build deep, strategic relationships and manage escalations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Inspire and develop the team as trusted advisors and consultants.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in SaaS CS or post-sale leadership with people mgmt.
  • Strategic operator who defines vision, goals, and metrics.
  • Strong people leadership; coach, delegate, and hold teams accountable.
  • Customer-centric mindset; data-driven decisions and risks management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; cross‑functional influence.
  • Willing to travel to meet customers and team members as needed.
