  • Develop and execute CS strategy aligned with business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success or related roles.
  • 4+ years in a leadership role within a cybersecurity SaaS company.
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and on-prem IT architectures.
  • Proven senior CS leadership in SaaS with growth and churn improvements.
  • Experience with CS platforms such as Gainsight.
