- Experience managing managers (M2/Senior Manager) and developing leaders.
- Own CS book or post-sale P&L of $50M+ ARR with NRR/GRR outcomes.
- Proven success in a BD- or Sales-led environment; shared standards.
- Executive presence with VP/SVP/C-level; deliver hard news and rebuild trust.
