📋 Description

• Lead a global CS team (CSMs, CSEs, FDEs) to drive adoption and retention.
• Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and enterprise ARR growth.
• Design scalable onboarding to accelerate time to value.
• Align with CSEs, FDEs, and Sales for seamless customer journeys.
• Establish a data-driven success plan with KPIs for accounts.
• Drive renewal strategy and AI-driven health scoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in CS leadership for complex SaaS/AI platforms.
• Proven track record managing CSMs and TAMs/CSEs.
• Scaled CS teams from $10M to $50M+ ARR in high growth.
• Strong background in NRR, churn analysis, renewal negotiation.
• Comfortable discussing AI architecture, LLMs, and APIs with CTOs.
• Global remote leadership across cross-functional teams.
