  • Manage Top Tier clients as a dedicated CSM.
  • Collaborate with AdOps and sales to drive revenue and campaign performance.
  • Mentor CSMs to follow core principles and develop skills.
  • Guide CSMs to improve client communication (emails, Slack, presentations, calls).
  • Monitor key account health metrics (revenue, KPI, margin) and address risks.
  • Support CSMs in high-priority client meetings (QBRs, ABRs) with insights.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in advertising technology or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in a DSP/programmatic work environment
  • 3+ years of experience with people management
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing technology environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills
