  • Build long-term advisor relationships with President/Provost/C-level stakeholders.
  • Own Success Planning and oversee renewals; identify upsell opportunities.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and ROI.
  • Track customer health and renewals in SFDC; report ACV/close dates.
  • Identify strategic value; act as customer advocate and escalation path.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years of relevant work experience in US universities; leadership/management.
  • Experience delivering formal executive reviews to AVP/VP/C-level executives.
  • Confident in challenging customers; escalate risks early to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage 15-20 accounts across timelines and milestones.
  • Experience with cross-functional team coordination.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides.
