🎯 Requirements

- 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams, with track record of supporting team performance and growth
- Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, exchanges, and on-chain transactions
- Familiarity with global fiat payment systems and associated operational controls
- Experience supporting audits and regulatory reviews, with a clear understanding of risk management and compliance requirements
