📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end fiat and crypto settlement across Robinhood entities
• Lead wallet rebalancing, custody reconciliation, liquidity thresholds
• Manage an org of operations managers and specialists in settlement and accounts
• Improve workflows with scalable automation tools
• Collaborate with trading ops, treasury, risk, engineering, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in crypto operations (settlement, custody, money movement)
• 5+ years leading and developing teams
• Strong knowledge of crypto markets, exchanges, and on-chain
• Familiarity with global fiat payment systems and controls
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory reviews
