🎯 Requirements
- Global/offshore team management experience.
- Experience with Service Cloud, Case Management, Knowledgebase, CRM components.
- Experience building multi-geo engineering and quality functions.
- Experience with large system projects and complex integrations.
- Collaborates with product owners across Sales, CS, Product, and Eng to define CRM roadmap.
- End-to-end app development: design, configuration, automated testing, deployment.
