🎯 Requirements
- 6–8+ years in contract or co-manufacturing for dietary supplements
- Expertise in multiple dosage forms: powders, gummies, stikpaks, nutraceuticals
- Strong knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 111, cGMP, NSF, USP compliance
- ERP experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle for planning
- R&D scale-up, formula transfer, and commercialization at contract manufacturers
- Willingness to travel 25–35% to co-manufacturing facilities
