🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field.
• Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent certifications.
• 8+ years in continuous improvement or operational excellence.
• 3+ years in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects.
