  • Full-funnel fluency: paid acquisition, lifecycle, and campaigns as an integrated system.
  • Experience managing direct reports and agency/contractor relationships.
  • Strong analytical instincts: CAC, LTV, retention cohorts.
  • Clear POV on AI in paid media and marketing operations; history of adopting new tools.
