  • 6+ years of experience interfacing with major benefits consulting and/or brokerage firms.
  • Proven ability to build influential relationships that translate into pipeline and referrals.
  • Strong business development skills: prospecting, multi-threading, multi-office presence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in a metrics-driven, revenue-accountable role with pipeline and forecast.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM to manage contacts and opportunities.
