Director of Compliance Audit

📋 Description

• Serve as primary contact for payor audits and external prep.
• Lead internal compliance audits: claims, coding, and controls.
• Develop internal audit plan aligned with annual compliance work plan.
• Report findings and advise on Plans of Correction.
• Oversee expense monitoring for Internal Audit.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree preferred
• National Certification in Auditing or Healthcare Compliance preferred
• Minimum 6 years’ healthcare compliance auditing experience
• Management or leadership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Proficiency in G Suite
