Director of Compliance and Risk

📋 Description

• Design and implement the 2nd line of defence for payments and financing
• Act as ACPR contact for regulatory, compliance, risk and reporting
• Build and lead a multi-disciplinary compliance and risk team
• Partner with Group Legal, Finance and IT-Security while staying independent
• Greenfield project with high autonomy and exposure to the Supervisory Board
• Shape governance and risk culture for a fast-growing fintech

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in ACPR-supervised env (RCCI/RCC or Head of C&R)
• Managed compliance team in a French ACPR-regulated entity
• Hands-on LCB-FT/Tracfin; KYC/KYB and monitoring
• Strong credit risk and ALM culture; SME financing exposure
• French regulation expertise: Code monétaire et financier, ACPR, EBA, PSD2/PSD3, AML/CTF
• Build frameworks, policies, processes, tools, reporting
• Fluent French and English; Paris-based; on-site with partial remote
