  • Strong understanding of comp fundamentals: job evaluation, market pricing, equity, pay ranges, and analysis
  • Experience with payroll, stock and benefits administration, and leaves of absence
  • Experience administering equity programs in a pre-IPO stage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
