Director of Commissioning and Field Service

📋 Description

• Lead and grow the Commissioning and Field Service org.
• Define field service strategy, processes, and training programs.
• Oversee commissioning, post-installation service, and issue resolution.
• Own MTTR and Availability metrics; develop maintenance programs.
• Manage P&L, LTSA, warranties, and exposure.
• Travel to project sites up to 40% for deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in leadership of Commissioning/Field Service; 4+ yrs managing global teams.
• Proven track record building and scaling commissioning or O&M org; metrics.
• Practical energy storage experience: power electronics, HV, protective relaying, SCADA, grid support.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, NFPA 70E).
• Excellent written/oral communication, negotiation, and executive presentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
