🎯 Requirements

- 10+ years in CPG analytics, demand planning, or commercial strategy.
- Hands-on experience with syndicated data (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI) preferred.
- Proven ability to translate analytics into concise executive-ready recommendations.
- Experience building analytics infrastructure: dashboards, forecasting models, field tools.
