🎯 Requirements

- Deep neuroscience trial expertise (PD, PSP, SBMA, ALS, etc.).
- Strong CRO oversight and vendor management to drive quality.
- Experience advancing programs from preclinical/IND-enabling to early clinical.
- 5+ years of people management; build and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH and global regulatory requirements.
