📋 Description

• Directs CDI strategy across partner practices with a cross-functional team.
• Collaborates with Market Leaders and field teams to align CDI with regional goals.
• Designs coding operations framework and docs improvement; oversees vendor relationships.
• Establishes and monitors KPIs to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensures CMS/HHS/OIG compliance via internal audits and QA of coding.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years CDI leadership in value-based care/payer environment.
• 5+ years program management/execution in healthcare/product.
• 5+ years management experience.
• Expertise in CMS-HCC, HHS-HCC, and other risk methods.
• Deep CMS guidelines, compliance, and audit processes.
• Led large coding/education teams and vendor management.
