  • 5+ years leading leaders and multi-layered teams in high-growth SaaS.
  • Proven track record improving time-to-value, speed, and outcomes.
  • Experience designing or scaling tiered service models (high-touch to self-serve) with AI focus.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, AM/CS, Support, Ops, and Product.
  • Data-driven with metrics and operating discipline; change management.
