- Collaborate with Sales, Advisory, Events, Marketing, Support, Revenue Ops
π― Requirements
- 7+ years in Client Success/Account Mgmt or similar
- 3+ years leading a team at Director level or equivalent
- Experience managing 5+ client-facing team members
- Proven ownership of retention/expansion metrics (NRR/GRR/renewal)
- Experience building/operating HubSpot CRM workflows and reporting
- Track record designing structured client journeys to boost retention/expansion
- Strong operator able to implement systems and drive adoption
