Drive fundraising and capital inflows for real estate offerings
Build relationships with new investors (HNWI, family offices, RIAs)
Develop and manage an investor pipeline across target geographies
Conduct investor meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close capital commitments
Maintain communication with prospects and current investors
Record investor interactions in the CRM and attend industry events

🎯 Requirements

5–10 years in sales, fundraising, or investor relations
Proven ability to raise at least $10M annually
Knowledge of private placements/investment sales/real estate fundraising
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Autonomous and comfortable operating in a remote environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Based in a major U.S. metro, preferably Western region
Willingness to travel for conferences and investor meetings
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 base plus commission/bonus
