🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in business systems with 4+ years leading teams
- Proven track record owning business systems at scale in SaaS
- Experience instrumenting source systems to feed a data warehouse (Snowflake/BigQuery)
- CRM experience with HubSpot or Salesforce including config and integration
- Strong SaaS tooling foundation across CRM, finance/HR, support and iPaaS
- Design integration architecture; data ingestion; vendor selection; stakeholder mgmt
