🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in business ops, deal desk, legal ops, or contract mgmt with commercial responsibility.
- B2B SaaS startup or high-growth experience.
- JD or equivalent legal training; strong cross-functional capability.
- Experience with security certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP).
- Exposure to financing or M&A transactions.
- Strong deal economics, pricing, and risk assessment.
