📋 Description

• Own and evolve operating cadence: planning cycles, reviews, KPIs.
• Ensure priorities are defined, sequenced, and executed with accountability.
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early; drive cross-functional resolution.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for growth, product expansion, and M&A.
• Translate strategy into structured execution plans with milestones, owners, and timelines.
• Improve PMO practices for visibility, execution quality, and predictability.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or program leadership.
• Proven experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives in high-growth environments.
• Translate strategy into execution with clear structure and follow-through.
• Experience building or scaling PMO or operational frameworks.
• Track record of working closely with executive leadership and influencing outcomes.
• Clear, direct communicator who can align stakeholders at all levels.
