Director of Business Operations

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional process improvement and analytics across Finance and Accounting.
• Translate high-level priorities into scalable processes, systems, and metrics.
• Manage Finance Ops Data Analyst; own end-to-end operational initiatives.
• Partner with Finance and exec leadership to align priorities and delivery.
• Own day-to-day operations and scale the business as it grows.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in business ops, finance ops, analytics, or related roles.
• 2+ years of people management with a track record of building teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or Engineering.
• Strong analytical, data-driven approach and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication; ability to influence across levels.
• SQL and data warehouses; BI tools (Redshift, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Retool).
• Experience with workflow automation and low-code tools (Airtable, Zapier, Retool).
