🎯 Requirements

  • Extensive relationships with loan origination companies.
  • Banking or origination secondary marketing/trading experience.
  • Mortgage, real estate, or structured products experience in FS or REPE.
  • Structured products, lending, special servicing, or real estate underwriting.
  • Residential loan sales experience; MSR sales a plus.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and database skills; Salesforce a plus.
