๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree with 7+ yrs in life sciences; 3โ5 yrs in direct selling/client management.
- Experience selling complex bioanalytical services (LC-MS/MS, LBA, flow cytometry) in GLP/GCP.
- Proven ability to close complex, technical service contracts.
- CRO/CDMO industry experience preferred; prior client-facing interaction required.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and build relationships with new/existing customers.
- MS Office proficiency (Excel/PowerPoint/Word); MS Project a plus; strong communicator.
