📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end B2C marketing strategy across a multi-product portfolio
  • Lead performance marketing and paid acquisition across channels
  • Drive organic growth via SEO, ASO, and content-led discovery
  • Build and scale user and data acquisition engines and first-party assets
  • Optimize the customer lifecycle via lifecycle marketing and automation
  • Own monetization strategy across subscriptions, freemium, ads, pricing

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in B2C marketing leadership
  • Proven multi-channel marketing success (performance, media, programmatic, affiliate, search, SEO)
  • Strong analytics: attribution, incrementality, experimentation, forecasting
  • Experience across multiple products, funnels, KPIs, growth models
  • Deep understanding of B2C monetization models (subscription, freemium, ads)
  • Leadership experience; managing managers a plus
  • Fluent English, written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Economics; MBA an advantage
