🎯 Requirements

- Strong analytics: attribution, incrementality, experimentation, forecasting
- Experience across multiple products, funnels, KPIs, growth models
- Deep understanding of B2C monetization models (subscription, freemium, ads)
- Leadership experience; managing managers a plus
- Fluent English, written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Economics; MBA an advantage
