Stay hands-on: participate in design reviews; debug hard problems
Drive execution with bias for shipping and real world impact

🎯 Requirements

15+ years building production autonomy systems (localization, perception, planning)
Proven track record shipping autonomy components in production vehicles
Direct management of autonomy/robotics teams (15+ engineers)
End-to-end ownership of an autonomy stack
Fluency with modern deep learning for autonomy: training to deployment
Experience with ROS/ROS 2 and on-vehicle compute constraints
