🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or equivalent
- 10+ years of software engineering and low-latency systems experience
- 6+ years in leadership/management leading engineering teams
- Fluency in Scala (or Java) and Python ML workflows
- Designed and built scalable, high-throughput ML pipelines (streaming/batch)
- Advanced knowledge with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud
- Strong problem solving and system architecture, metrics, deployments
- Excellent communication with scientists, engineers and product managers
