📋 Description

• Lead the Art & Design department across all Acquisition.com brands.
• Manage designers, motion designers, thumbnails, and future creatives.
• Set design standards, review processes, and performance benchmarks.
• Build a culture of speed, iteration, and excellence with scalable workflows.
• Lead AI-native design initiatives; identify and implement AI tools.
• Collaborate with post-production, content, and marketing to integrate design.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of design leadership or high-output digital media.
• Proven experience leading a team of designers across multiple deliverables.
• Strong YouTube packaging, thumbnail psychology, and performance-driven creative.
• High taste level; premium visuals that still optimize for clicks.
• Experience with motion graphics and post-adjacent workflows.
• Deep familiarity with AI tools in creative design and eagerness to learn.
