🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in healthcare operations, real estate development, outpatient facility development, or related.
- Proven end-to-end development leadership from site selection through construction and launch.
- Experience with imaging modalities PET/CT and SPECT.
- Regulatory licensing, accreditation, and compliance familiarity.
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting and capital planning.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
