Coordinate with executives and brokers to source sites and negotiate deals
Build processes to scale platform operations and compliance

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in healthcare ops, real estate development, or related fields
Proven end-to-end development leadership from site selection to launch
Experience with imaging modalities (PET/CT, SPECT, MRI, CT) strongly preferred
Familiarity with healthcare regulatory licensing and accreditation
Strong financial acumen and capital planning experience
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
