🎯 Requirements

7+ years in strategy, operations, or technology leadership in healthcare.
Strong communication and facilitation to cardiologists, engineers, and payers.
Analytical rigor; build frameworks and defend your reasoning.
Experience driving organizational change where influence matters.
Hands-on AI vendor evaluation; run pilots and stay current with market.
Care for patient data, clinical trust, and responsible tech use.
