• Define and productize the AI Data Services portfolio (packaging and pricing).
• Build the delivery engine with staffing, workflows, tooling, QA, and automation.
• Establish Pearl quality bar and measurement with rubrics, verifiers, audits.
• Own customer outcomes by translating research needs into precise task specs.
• Create data rights and licensing strategy with Legal; ensure confidentiality.
• Create Pearl external credibility with benchmarks and evaluation standards.

🎯 Requirements

• AI data procurement and partnerships at frontier labs or data program leadership.
• Experience building high-quality human-data programs (SFT, evals, verifiers).
• Strong technical intuition for collaborating with ML researchers on datasets.
• Strong contract and vendor maturity on data rights, licensing, confidentiality.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with lean startup methods.
• Smart, collaborative, get things done.
