Oversee integration of electrical, cooling, controls, and network systems.
Ensure design outputs meet quality, schedule, and performance expectations.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Power, Construction, and Operations.
Lead and grow a high-performance design team of engineers and designers.

🎯 Requirements

8-10+ years of progressive engineering design experience in data centers.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
Experience with BIM and digital design coordination.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Travel up to 50% of the time.
Proven track record delivering multi-disciplinary design packages for large-scale projects.
Familiarity with modular infrastructure design and DfMA principles.
